Biff the Giff

This Giff is the leader of the rival party. He is a bounty hunter, has a penchant for firearms and antagonist to the main party of Dust and Devils. He originally went to Boom Town to apprehend Texxus for a bounty of 1000gp and was willing to split the reward with the party.
