The party kills a gnome in his sleep

Notable Events

• Maria Housekeeper and her gnome maid service comes to clean the house
• Mirt gives each of the party members a Harper pin
• The party reads the newspaper, which details their recent exploits under the title of "Tai and his crew" instead of Hunter's Inc
• A letter from Ammalia Cassalanter appears at their doorstep to invite them over for a conversation regarding their saving of Ranaer Neverember
• Apparently Tai has been spending his downtime making Hunter's Inc murchandise, including T-shirts and a wax seal
• At the Tiger's Eye, the party meets with Vincent and Mirt who are investigating the Dock Ward Decapitator. The party takes on the job to take down the serial killer who has been targeting elves specifically
• During downtime Penjamin starts a new project to create a utility belt with a raven skull as the belt buckle
• Down at the dock ward, they stake out the Muleskull Tavern, befriend a drunk sailor elf by the name of Heldar. He tells them how the some of his friends fell victim to the Dock Ward Decapitator
• Getting rooms at the Tavern to stake out and protect Heldar, they were almost ambushed by the serial killer. Fortunately Penjamin was more than ready to deal with him and they knock him out in no time.
• It is revealed the Dock Ward Decapitator was a Drow (dark elf) who really hates surface elves for their racial differences
• The next day the party pays a visit to Ammalia Cassalanter. Who informs them about the 3 Eyes of Golorr, which is the key to Neverember's hidden vault of 1 million gold coins.
• The Cassalanter has one of the eyes and will lend it to the party so they get the other two eyes and raid the vault in exchange for half of the gold
• It is also revealed that the Cassalanter's twin children are cursed by Asmodeus and their souls will be taken on their 10th birthday unless the God is paid 1 shy of a million gold (999,999,999gp)
• They also bump into Estelle Thumpingneedle again, who is now researching a gossip piece for the Waterdeep Wazoo about devil worshipping orgies attended by nobles of the city
• Finally the crew goes to the Yawning portal and catch up with Ranaer, Floon and Volo until Davil shows up
• Davil lets the team know that they were right, Skeemo is a traitor and he wants them to assassinate him and make it look like an accident
• Joined by the Black Viper (who wants revenge for almost being poisoned by Skeemo) the team stakes out Skeemo's shop
• Tai and Jojo causes a distraction so that Penjamin can go in and hide in the shadows. Skeemo dozes off after a long day at work and this allows Penjamin to poison him in his sleep
